2010 Dear sirs / madam, I hope all is well with you. I am sending out a reminder that the ITF requires that anyone testing for 4th Dan and above must submit their application, thesis, your recommendation and fees to Master Wheatley at least 3 months prior to the examination. These applications are reviewed and than approved by the ITF Promotions board and Executive board. Even though we as instructors have made a recommendation for a student to test for these rank, it may still be denied by the ITF. If you have any questions please contact me or Master Wheatley. If you have a test in the next few months and someone testing for 4th Dan and higher, you need to contact Master Wheatley ASAP. Thank you.
