Allied TKD Alliance Seminar July 11th 2009 All, I would like to invite everyone to our seminar instructed by Mr. Nick Malefyt VI Dan. This seminar will focus on several aspects of Taekwon-Do including: Patterns, Self-Defense Techniques, Step-Sparring, and application of techniques. The seminar is open to all ranks and ages.
